Chief Culture Officer
The Tata Power Company Limited
In today’s day and age, it is being understood that high performance in organizations happens at the confluence of the management system, the technical system, and what is being still grappled with by many organizations, the culture / behavior system;in.harmony has great strengths in understanding the softer aspects of organizations, and is able to provide customized approaches that would help organizations focus on the aspects of culture and behavior, be it in the space of reinforcing values, promoting and celebrating diversity, or even employee engagement and integration between diverse elements that result in sapping performance. This is a critical space that requires special skills. As someone said, soft skills are the new hard skills, and in.harmony has a deep understanding of this space that could be harnessed by organizations to become higher performing.”
Chief - Internal Audit & Risk Management
The Tata Power Company Limited
We have been working with in.harmony in our culture building exercises, most specifically in the areas of ‘Building an ethical workplace’ and ‘Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the workplace’. We find that the in.harmony team always brings in a fresh perspective to the projects they handle. Their ability to articulate the unstated needs of the client and offer innovative solutions is what sets them apart. In addition to conceptualising, they also have a strong execution focus, which makes them work with their clients in bringing closure to the initiatives. They design the workshops with care to make it highly relevant and engaging for the audience."
Head - Talent Management and OD
The in.harmony team displays a consultative orientation while understanding the customer’s requirements. They are customer centric in their approach & a dependable partner to work with. Their approach to diagnostics prior to preparing the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) module across levels & business groups enhanced their relevance to our cultural context. We found them to engage with the business managers almost as our internal team & not merely as service providers. They went out of their way to adjust their schedules in managing stringent delivery timelines and patiently handled all nth hour changes!
Very hands-on and responsive, they are always approachable even after completion of a project & continue to provide expert advice on a variety of topics. It would be a pleasure to partner with them again as we roll out our future endeavours."
